This book is very well done and each chapter deals with a specific style of Victorian furniture. Each chapter starts with a few pages of discussion on the specific style of interest and then provides many photos of the excellent examples demonstrating the style. Even better are the figure titles which described in detail each piece in the photo and the several special features which are typical of the style. Beautifully done. The book is two hundred pages of easy reading and the best book I have found to learn about Victorian styles and fancy pieces.
