I do a lot of Chinese cooking and have found Millie Chan's cookbook to be superb. Every recipe turns out to be delicious and most are easy to make. I wish this book was back in print as I have cleaned out most of the copies available on E'Bay to send to my friends.
My kids love to eat chinese food and they asked to buy a good cookbook where I can learn on how to cook as they buy it from kosher Chinese food restaurant.Execellent choice...
I found this to be a good cookbook. I liked that it is Chinese food that I can make without wondering what I can substitute for non-kosher ingredients.
