I love chicken. So I think I don't need to explain further why I got this book. But I will still explain. This book has 100 orange chicken recipes that will be helping me a lot as I learn to cook and prepare meals for my kids, who happen to love chicken too. And the varied recipes I got here are enough reasons for me to give this book 2 thumbs up. The recipes are showing innovativeness too and will surely help me in my endeavor. It's not everyday that I'm given the chance to cook good stuff with an orange chicken.
Similarly to the question posed in the book description, I eat a lot of chicken, but I use the same recipes over and over and it starts to get boring. That's why I went looking for more recipes and ultimately purchased this book. I'm glad I did, as it's very good. Orange chicken recipes hadn't crossed my mind, and this book contains 100 recipes for orange chicken. I've only managed to try around 5, but they have all been excellent, and I can't wait to try more.
This isn't a review - since I haven't made it yet but so glad it's here. I grew up with relatives making sweet-n-sour chicken/pork so thought this would be interesting to make. However, I LOVE when people substitute and change recipes - in fact, I read the reviews first to get an idea if it needs fixing! Everyone has a different palate so it's okay to make substitutions; we're on a low carb/processed sugar and low cholesterol diet in this household so we like to see how we can fit in a tasty meal but rearrange some of the ingredients.

First time seeing this recipe and decided to buy it and hoping to see if there is any good to try on. What I am looking is healthy but delicious foods so my family can also enjoy the food I prepared. I gave a shot to at least try one recipe here which is almond orange chicken. I like this recipe because it doesn't take much of my time in cooking it. The taste was good and I loved it. Pictures would be great too if there is any.

I LOVE ME SOME ORANGE CHICKEN!Nothing beats this - especially over white rice (I know I am plain, but I love it that way). This book gives some great ideas for Orange chicken enthusiasts.
