The Bradley Smoker Cookbook: Tips, Tricks, And Recipes From Bradley Smoker’s Pro Staff

Very disappointing. Some recipes didn't give an approximate time for smoking and not for someonejust starting out. I preordered this book and will never do that again. The tips are the same that comewith the Bradley smoker. Save your money.

Really should be subtitled "Recipes with a few tips and tricks at the end of the book". It would have been more useful to describe in details the different bisquettes instead of a screen capture of the Smoking Guide chart.One benefit is a good portion of the recipes are smaller serving sizes, which will also work in the Bradley 2-rack table top smoker convection oven. Some formatting issues with the Kindle version where images for the recipe appear at end of previous recipe, but it's a minor one.

I was like some of the other reviews was hopping for tips and tricks to smoking with the Bradley but I too was disappointed. It has a few recipes that I may try and like stated in other reviews the last two pages have some useful information.

I bought a Bradley smoker and bought this book hoping it would have good basic smoking recipes and smoking information. NOT!!Basically this book is useless and filled with recipes that I am sure the vast majority of the people who make the mistake of buying this book will never use.The last two pages sort of have some decent smoking information, and the book contains maybe 4 or 5 recipes I might try, at the most. There is just no way this book is worth anywhere near $15. Actually, a one star rating for this almost useless book is being...nice.

Great book! Unique recipes that are actually something I can make. I have purchased many BBQ books and this is one of the best.

I was really disappointed. I expected more tips and recipes from Bradley. Looking for simple "manly" recipes not so much on the gourmet side. I personally would love some of the dishes but my husband would not want to make most of the recipes in book!

The earlier Bradley book was a sales pitch. This new one, with five recipe sources, is great!

This book has 2 pages of tips and tricks and they aren't anything that a person with any experience with smoking can use. The rest of the book is weird recipes that most people probably wouldn't care for. I buy books a lot on smoking and BBQ and this is the lamest one I have ever bought.
